Payment Policy

Allcore currently accepts:

  1. Bank transfer to our Indonesian account
  2. Credit card payments via our secure checkout system

Please complete your payment promptly after placing an order to avoid cancellation. Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.

Shipping

We ship nationwide from Jakarta using trusted local courier partners.

Once dispatched, your order will be trackable.
Please note:

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
  • We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by shipping couriers or regional authorities.
  • If a package is rejected or not received due to customer error, the original shipping cost and any return fees remain the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll help you sort it out.

To start a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order
  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the issue
  3. Once approved, return the item within 5 days of our confirmation

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Still have original tags and packaging
  • Be in resellable condition

We recommend using tracked shipping for returns.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Note: Items purchased on SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Order Cancellation

Changed your mind? No problem. We accept cancellations as long as your order hasn’t been packed or shipped.

To check the status of your order, simply contact us via WhatsApp.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll be happy to cancel it and issue a full refund.

If Allcore needs to cancel your order due to stock or payment issues, you’ll be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
